An unboxing/unsealing video (as soon as the package arrives) has to be taken at the time of receiving the order from the courier person for proof of missing garments. Once the team verifies the video, necessary follow ups will be done. 

Kindly go through our size chart after checking your body measurements. As we are a made-to-order brand, we do not do exchanges and returns.

All custom size orders have to be prepaid.

At Anaario, every piece is made to order with care. Because each garment is crafted only after you place your order, we don't offer returns or refunds — but we're always happy to help with sizing through alterations. This policy may be updated from time to time, so please review it periodically.

1. What is eligible for alteration or exchange?

All our garments come with a quality-assurance guarantee. As a made-to-order brand, we don't issue refunds or returns, but we can alter a garment if its measurements don't match our size guide. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at atelier@anaario.com and include:

  • The nature of the issue
  • A copy of the original invoice from your purchase

2. What cannot be altered or exchanged?

The following are not eligible for alteration or exchange:

  • Minor variations in colour or print. Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to studio lighting and individual monitor settings — please don't treat this as a defect.
  • Garments that have bled or been damaged because the wash-care instructions weren't followed. Please wash gently and follow the care guide carefully.
  • Any product that doesn't meet the criteria above.
  • Swimwear, which is non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Please check our size guide carefully or contact us at atelier@anaario.com before ordering.

3. How do I request an alteration or exchange?

Email our team at atelier@anaario.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your request and reason, along with your original invoice if requested. We recommend recording a short unboxing video when your parcel arrives from the courier — it helps us quickly resolve any missing-item or damage claims. In some cases we may ask you to complete a short form, and we'll guide you through it.

4. What are the charges for alteration?

We're happy to alter your product and send it back for Rs. 500 per garment (depending on the requirement), plus Rs. 500 towards shipping, for any item that complies with this policy. Contact us at atelier@anaario.com to arrange it. The product will need to be couriered back to us, and we'll alter it where it doesn't match our size guide or after reviewing the item.

5. Can I exchange for a 'change of mind'?

As a made-to-order brand, we're unable to take garments back for a change of mind — doing so would go against our environment-friendly, no-wastage promise. We'd love to help you get it right the first time, so please reach out before ordering with any sizing or customisation questions.

6. How long does an alteration take?

Depending on the request, alterations usually take 7–10 business days (excluding public holidays) from the time we receive your product.

7. What is the order cancellation timeline?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at atelier@anaario.com as soon as possible with your reason for cancellation.

8. Can I cancel a few items from my order?

Partial cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation applies to the whole order; you can then place a new order for the items you'd still like.
