What are the shipping or handling charges for returns or exchanges?

 

We are happy to return or exchange, free of cost, any product(s) that comply with our Returns and Exchange Policy. Simply contact our Customer Service team at aterlier@anaario.com and we will arrange for a pickup of the product(s) from your delivery address (as mentioned in the original order).
