What are the shipping or handling charges for returns or exchanges?

 

Where a return or exchange is accepted because of a manufacturing defect or a sizing error on our part, we cover the shipping cost and arrange the collection. In all other cases we do not accept returns or exchanges, as every garment is made to order for your child.
