Anaario featured in mid-day’s Wonder Women Entrepreneurs of India, September 2026

I’m so proud to share that Anaario has been named in mid-day’s Wonder Women Entrepreneurs of India (September 2026) — a feature celebrating women founders building across fashion, legal, healthcare, wellness and consumer brands.

It’s humbling to see Anaario listed under Premium Indian Kidswear in the same feature as founders I’ve long admired — Richa Kar of Zivame and Suchi Mukherjee of LimeRoad among them. Each of us is building something different, but the thread is the same: spotting a gap and refusing to accept it.

For Anaario, that gap was children’s clothing. I wanted childhood to feel joyful, colourful and free — and I wanted the clothes to be kind, both to a child’s skin and to the world they’ll grow up in. So we built Anaario on one quiet discipline: every piece is made only after an order is placed, in gentle organic fabrics, hand-finished with care rather than churned out in excess. Made to order, not made to waste.

“Anaario is a way of celebrating the pure joy of childhood through clothes that are soft, happy, comfortable, and full of life.”
— Meenal Malhotra, Founder of Anaario

Thank you to mid-day for the recognition — and to every parent who has chosen slow, thoughtful, organic clothing for their little ones. This one’s for you.
